Pro Coffee Gear is a rapidly growing coffee equipment e-commerce company based on our 20-acre ranch in Austin, Texas. We aim to make it easy for our clients to equip their business or hobby with high-quality coffee equipment while spending less. On the client side, we do this by pairing delightful online purchase experiences with expert 1-1 consultations. On the operations side, we've built deep experience across the equipment spectrum and a proprietary process for refurbishing espresso machines. We don't simply move boxes. We aspire to be the foremost technical experts in coffee equipment and to leverage that expertise to help our clients succeed for the long term. About the Role:

We are seeking an Account Executive / Sales Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales operations, specifically focusing on espresso machines and coffee equipment. This role will involve developing and managing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your expertise in coffee equipment will be instrumental in guiding clients through their purchasing decisions, ensuring they receive the best equipment for their requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with sales clients, including coffee shops, restaurants, and retailers.

- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our sales distribution network.

- Provide product expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the right espresso machines and equipment for their needs.

- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies for increasing sales revenue and market share.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with partners to maximize profitability.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.

- Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Pro Coffee Gear and network with potential partners.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of three years in a relevant role.

- Demonstrated achievements in past sales positions, such as meeting or exceeding sales targets, successfully launching new products, or expanding client bases.

- Experience in the coffee equipment industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

- Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Good understanding of espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment is a bonus.
