Especialista Sr. Planeación Estratégica

Position Purpose

Facilitate and support the annual review of the strategy. Contribute to the definition of strategic objectives and indicators and monitor their performance. Manage cross-functional teams for business analysis. Coordinate events and strategic planning sessions. Assist to effectively communicate strategy and objectives across all organizational levels.

Primary Accountabilities

• Prepare financial, strategic, and operational analysis reports to facilitate the understanding of business performance.
• Manage cross-functional teams for business analysis.
• Develop and update dashboards for strategy management. Prepare presentations and reports for the executive team.
• Facilitate and conduct the annual review of the strategy once the objectives and indicators for the following year have been established, with the responsibility of monitoring and ensuring compliance with the agreed-upon actions.
• Develop executive-level presentations (EC Update, Board book) to communicate strategic initiative structure, planning, and recommendations as well as reports, executive summaries, and other documentation as required
• Actively support all strategic planning and analytical activity for senior management
  
  

Education & Experience

Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

Area of Study: Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering

Years of Experience: Five to seven years.

Type of Experience: Retail Planning and Analysis, Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis/Planning

Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Strong analytical mindset; excellent communication/presentation skills; advanced Excel ; very well organized and capable to work in an international/multicultural environment; ability to develop decision making skills.

Other/Preferred: Strong work ethics, flexibility/adaptability, works well under pressure.
