We are looking for Interns in the People & Culture Team at Encora Mexico.

Description
- Position for students only
- Release of practice hours
- Opportunity to learn, access learning resources and mentoring
- Location: Preferably living in Mexico City, Chihuahua or Mérida
- Starting immediately
- Assist in feedback processes
- Assist in the onboarding process
- Assist in collecting and processing data
- Involvement in emerging projects with the team
- Must be a student in the second half of studies such as Administration, Psychology, Social Work, economy, industrial engineering or related disciplines.
- Be available at least 20 hours a week to work on assigned tasks
- Competent English communication (mostly written)
- Teamwork skills
- Learn non-traditional models of organizational work
- Be part of a great community
- Work hand in hand with a multidisciplinary team
