Bilingual Recruiter - Experience in Masive Processes

Marco Marketing is a marketing consultancy with more than 25 years in Latin America, it is a leader in the technology market and with experience in different channels.
We are looking for the best talent as a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting and hiring operational and administrative personnel.

¿What will you do?
- Publish vacancies on platforms and social networks.
- Actively search for applicants and carry out profile selection processes.
- Coordinate final interviews with account managers and clients.
- Follow up on candidates in on boarding and hiring.
- Monitor the use of platforms and ATS of ongoing processes.
- Coordinate requirements status meetings with Operations.
- Generate process progress reports and monthly indicator reports

¿What do we request?
- 2 years of experience in recruiting on massive processes in sales, trade marketing or retail profiles.
- Experience in recruiting for the USA.
- Availability to carry out field recruitment.
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency (validated in interview).
- Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources or similar.
- Knowledge and management of recruitment and ATS platforms.
- Be autonomous, proactive, decisive and adaptable to change.
