Taxes & Internal Control

• Responsible for carrying out tax calculations for corporate as well as for federal and local purposes, monitoring the timely presentation of the declarations derived by the different government authorities. Attention to the requirements of external and internal audits, additionally providing technical support regarding internal tax queries.
• Monitoring tax-related accounts on the balance sheet and income statement, as necessary.
• Monthly determination of ISR and PTU provisions caused and deferred (Quarterly), as well as preparation of the annual report to Corporate.
• Determination and presentation of provisional and final monthly calculations of ISR and VAT and their respective withholdings, as well as state scheduled taxes.
• Preparation of quarterly forecast of provisional payments to be made during the year.
• Preparation of the calculation of CUCA and CUFIN for Annual Declaration.
• Review of the tax to withhold workers.
• Preparation of information regarding the D-3 actuarial calculation and supervision of the conclusion of the report.
• Preparation of information regarding the transfer pricing study and timely conclusion of the same.
• Reconciliation of monthly tax accounts.
• Attention to audits of different types, financial, corporate, etc.
• Supervision of compliance with tax obligations according to dates determined by the authority.
• Presentation of information before the INEGI (Monthly and annual)
• Ministry of Economy (Quarterly and Annual)
• Sending Electronic Accounting (Monthly)
• Register SAT Codes in the SAP system to be used in the company's Billing.
• Special Functions - Support in projects that involve a fiscal situation.
• Support in annual physical inventory activities of materials.
• Support to different areas in accounting information / reports.
• Support in the use of the Concur portal for the correct verification of travel expenses.
• REPSE platform monitoring
• Preparation of CFDI of VAT withholdings derived from payments to suppliers abroad (Monthly)
• Issue and implement proposals for continuous improvement (Kaizen).
• Acreditar las evaluaciones en materia de seguridad, Higiene y medio ambiente.
