As FBA Program Manager FBA Mexico, you will drive seller acquisition and retention by systematically identifying and removing adoption barriers. Through data analysis and seller research, you'll develop compelling value propositions and incentive programs that increase FBA enrollment and utilization while reducing seller attrition. You'll create and execute strategic initiatives to boost seller performance and achieve GMS)targets. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll analyze seller pain points, implement solutions, and measure their impact on adoption and performance metrics. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders while driving sustainable FBA growth in Mexico.

- Create and maintain FBA adoption and commitment tracking mechanisms by cohorts (sales team, OOC/domestic, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- 8+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- English profociency: Advanced (written and spoken)
- Excel Advanced
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
