Tasks And Qualifications

  • Serve as a key business partner to employees and managers, providing mentoring on HR guidelines, people analytics, organizational optimization, and employee development.
  • Collaborate closely with HR functional authorities (recruiting, training and development, compensation, and benefits) to optimize HR programs tailored to our facilities'/sites’ specific needs.
  • Proactively support and lead the delivery of cross-functional HR projects and processes.
  • Offer day-to-day performance management mentorship to managers through coaching, career development, and advice.
  • Manage and resolve sophisticated employee relations issues.
  • Support employee mobility, talent management, and improve employee engagement and effectiveness through performance management to meet both business and employee needs, while ensuring positive business results.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with your business partners or customers.
  • Actively identify gaps and propose and implement changes to mitigate business risks.
  • Provide assistance and counseling to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
