Sr Finance Manager

Summary

The Sr. Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the General Accounting activities in AutoZone are performed most effectively and properly manage a second team whose leader will be a Controller and whose primary functions will be Financial Planning & Analysis and Procurement

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Reconciliation of accounts assigned to the team in AutoZone is correctly performed
• Provide Financial Analysis support to the entire AutoZone organization
• Ensure the Procurement role complies with the minimum internal control guidelines that relate to the function
• Develop a High-Performance Team able to control the above functions with limited supervision
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by management
  
  

Requirements

• Level of formal education: Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent
• Area of study: Accounting or Finance
• Years of experience: Five to seven years
• Type of experience: General Accounting / Financial Planning and Analysis
• Technical Skills: Bilingual, highly customer service oriented, excellent communications skills, Negotiation Skills, Ability to work under pressure, team worker
• Other/preferred: Reconnet, MS Office, ERP
