Job Description
Design and enhance business processes by transforming existing Visio flowcharts into final user-centric solutions. This role includes creating detailed knowledge-based articles that improve user experience by streamlining access to essential service information and minimizing consultation time. In addition to managing documentation, you will lead process improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, along with advanced graphical tools. (Tijuana Based Only)
Responsibilities and functions:
- Process Analysis and Redesign: Evaluating existing workflows and reengineering processes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Project Leadership: Managing and executing continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with diverse teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable changes.
- Documentation and Communication: Developing detailed process documentation, including flowcharts and visual aids, that facilitate clear understanding and adoption of best practices.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree
- Upper- intermediate English level
- Computer knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (intermediate)
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions
