Job Summary
Asegurar atencion oportuna de quejas y/o requerimientos laborales a traves de sistemas electronicos buscando generar una mejora en ambiente laboral y relacion sindical dentro de la organizacion. Asi mismo definir acciones de mejora que aporten a mejorar la experiencia de nuestros asociados.
Conocimientos / Entrenamientos requeridos

Conocimientos / Entrenamientos requeridos
- Atencion de conflictos laborales y relacion efectiva con sindicato
- Administrar y dirigir investigaciones laborales de acuerdo a procedimientos internos
- Entendimiento ley federal del trabajo y reglamento interior
- Conocimientos computacionales avanzados (MS office)
- Nivel de ingles conversacional
- Manejo y gestion de conflictos laborales
- Comunicación efectiva
- Liderazgo efectivo
- Orientacion a resultados
- Administracion de riesgos laborales
- Mantener constante comunicacion con Gerente de RH en busqueda de mejorar ambiente laboral dentro de la organizacion
- Definir acciones que aporten a la mejora del ambiente laboral
- Reducir numero de casos laborales recibidos a traves de tickets de servicio
- Aportar recomendaciones a lideres de personal en base al tipo de casos reportados
- Mejorar comunicacion con Gerente de RH para en conjunto motivar a lideres de personal a mejorar ambiente laboral
- Mejorar la experiencia del asociado a traves de una respuesta oportuna a sus necesidades
- Reducir tiempos de solucion de casos que mejoren calidad del servicio del area
- Mayor proactividad en atencion y solucion de necesidades de nuestro personal
- Asegurar aplicacion oportuna de cuadro de normatividad laboral por parte de lideres de personal
- Promover los valores compartidos
- Gerente Recursos Humanos

- Representante de servicios generales
- Carrera profesional terminada, LAE, Psicologia o afin
