Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The WFM Business Support Sr Analyst will support the global WFM frontline experience, in partnership with the sector-based process leads, to guarantee business continuity and compliance of pay practices and policies for the sector as part of the day-to-day operation in the ongoing transformation to implement UKG Dimensions Globally. This role will serve as a first line of support for the business, it will provide initial triage and support as a fronting with the business users, and where applicable create a ticket requirement to the corresponding Delivery & Configuration teams, including the follow up of the configuration and testing and final notification to the end user. This role would have multiple positions that will be dedicated initially to specific sectors (LATAM, US Foods and US Beverages) due to the differences in pay policies, systems and processes, yet aiming to eventually be multi-sector enable as standardization is achieved. Main purpose is to work across the multiple sector teams in North America & LATAM to guarantee no impact on day-to-day payroll process as part of the inputs provided by WFM platform.

Your Impact
As HR Ops Coordinator your responsibilities would consist:
- Ensure data accuracy, enable informed decision-making, and support People processes and compliance within the organization.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and training to People (HR) system users. Address inquiries, resolve system-related issues, provide guidance on system usage.
- Supports system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements annual or on demand processes, guaranteeing business continuity. Identify opportunities for system optimization and work with IT or vendors to implement necessary changes.
- Collaboration with other departments, such as IT, Finance, Payroll, and other business units, to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between the HRIS and other systems. They oversee the design, development, and maintenance of interfaces to ensure accurate data flow and synchronization.
- Build relationships with key internal customers, including centers of expertise, service delivery teams and People business partners across the sector, to achieve successful outcomes.
- Support of the development of training content that will help build payroll policy understanding for employees, supervisors, and payroll coordinators
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance team's overall efficiency, depth and accuracy of payroll and WFM related data management
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years’ experience in a field & sector-based role is preferred
- Kronos (UKG) knowledge required
- HRMS ERP/Cloud-based solutions experience (Employee Central & SAP HCM preferred).
- Control and GCS experience preferred
- Effective problem-solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and a strong attention to detail.
- Detailed understanding of HR business processes, IT, and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with process engineering/re-engineering
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude.
- Experience collaborating with business teams, subject matter experts, IT and integration partners in creating optimized system solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, anticipate and independently address issues.
