A leading provider of innovative electric vehicle and industrial charging solutions is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support its R&D and Program Management teams.

They seek a proactive finance professional to drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver strategic insights. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, budget and forecast management, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Financial Performance: Oversee and present financial results, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.

• Support R&D and Program Strategy: Deliver key financial insights and guidance to drive decision-making and prioritize investment.

• Enhance Financial Processes: Identify and implement improvements to optimize financial management and transparency.
  
  Key skills:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally within R&D or program-heavy organizations

• Hands-on, proactive, and business-minded approach

• Strong leadership and solution-oriented mindset.
