We are looking for a proactive and creative UI/UX Designer to join our fast-paced, consultancy-style environment. In this role, you’ll work across multiple client projects, delivering impactful design solutions that align with both business goals and user needs. As a core part of our design team, you’ll be responsible for shaping intuitive user experiences and crafting clean, functional interfaces.

What You’ll Do
Design user interfaces and experiences for a variety of web and mobile applications.
Translate client requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Conduct UX research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand goals and refine requirements.
Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and smooth handoff.
Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality, speed, and user focus.
What You Bring
3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
A strong portfolio showcasing UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual UI design.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
Experience working in Agile teams and directly with clients/stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 level).
Ability to manage priorities across multiple, fast-paced projects.
