El Coordinador de Embarques será responsable de monitorear los requerimientos del Equipo de Servicio al Cliente para iniciar la preparación de los embarques diarios al Cliente, sea Nacional o Internacional. Tomará el Liderazgo en conjunto con el Líder de turno, de dar seguimiento a los embarques diarios de acuerdo con prioridades previamente asignadas por Servicio al Cliente, hasta su salida del Centro de Distribución en ruta al Cliente. Mantendrá una actitud positiva y de trabajo en equipo con sus compañeros.

El Coordinador de Embarques será responsable de monitorear los requerimientos del Equipo de Servicio al Cliente para iniciar la preparación de los embarques diarios al Cliente, sea Nacional o Internacional. Tomará el Liderazgo en conjunto con el Líder de turno, de dar seguimiento a los embarques diarios de acuerdo con prioridades previamente asignadas por Servicio al Cliente, hasta su salida del Centro de Distribución en ruta al Cliente. Mantendrá una actitud positiva y de trabajo en equipo con sus compañeros.
Responsabilidades.
- Monitoreo de Inbox – correos con Embarques programados por CSR (Serv. Al Cliente).
- Impresión de Deliveries – Embarque a Cliente.
- Impresión de Pick List – Listado para recolección de material para el embarque.
- Capturar el Delivery en Oracle.
- Procesar Documentos del Embarque (Expo exclusivo) en Oracle, guardar y enviar a Imp/Exp.
- Imprimir set de documentos (BOL & Packing Slip), guardar.
- Procesar cierre del Delivery (Embarque) en Oracle. Dar salida al embarque de ser necesario.
- Auditar Deliveries semanalmente.
- Control de sellos de alta seguridad para embarques.
- Coordinar cajas vacías/requeridas con el Líder de turno y Guardias para los embarques programados.
- Realizar movimientos de sub-inventario en Oracle cuando sea necesario.
- Realizar reversas (backorders) en caso de cambio en los Deliveries.
- Solución a problemas de sistema / levantar ticket con IT soporte.
- Mantener línea de Comunicación constante con el equipo de CSR.
- Preparatoria terminada
- Plus - Carrera terminada / trunca
- Experiencia en Embarques / Materiales
- 3 / 5 años de experiencia en el ramo de la Industria Maquiladora
- 40-50% Ingles preferente.
- Trabajo en equipo y actitud proactiva.
- Experiencia en uso de programas computacionales, PC.
- Captura de datos, manejo de informacion digital.
- Familiaridad en manejo de MS (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Experiencia en manejo de Oracle -plus
- Excel nivel medio+
