The Retail Manager Will Oversee The Retail Experience By
- Managing day-to-day operations across 10+ galleries across key markets between Mexico and the United States
- Monitoring KPIs to drive sales and achieve objectives
- Leading and mentoring gallery managers and sales associates
- Facilitating staff rotations and conducting interviews to build strong teams
- Being an ambassador of Iris Galerie's values, ensuring high standards of customer experience are consistently met
- Serving as liaison between local operations and the Paris head office, ensuring staff stays informed about new processes, training materials, and updates
- Identifying layout discrepancies or operational needs in physical stores
- On-site presence for the opening of new galleries across the country
- Fluency in English, written and spoken; French is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in multi-site retail management
- Strong proficiency in KPI tracking and analysis
- Ability to travel as required (60% of the job), including possession of a valid U.S. visa and driver's license
