- Mechanical, Mechatronic, Materials, Metallurgy or similar engineering bachelor`s degree.
- Strong Experience in metal pressing processes, steel strip and sheet forging, steel strip and sheet stamping, cold forming of steels sheets or strip of various thicknesses and alloys, die-cutting, grinding machining, polishing machining
- Knowledge at:
- Reverse engineering, heat treatment, material properties, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement
- CNC language, mechanical properties of materials, basic chemistry, tooling design and optimization, SPC analysis and interpretation,
- Technical drawing interpretation, P-FMEA, CAD (Inventor and/or AutoCAD),
- AMEF
- Core tools, continuous improvement projects, implementation of new processes and machines projects,
- Problem solving technics,
- Mechanical Design,
- Excel. Word and PowerPoint.
- English level: fluid conversational and writing skills.
