Ensure that purchased materials are available on-time and in the right quantities to support the production and organizational delivery plans. Collaborate with Buyers and Production Planners to establish a solid connection into our SIOP plans and maintain continuity of supply. You may also be involved in occasional low dollar volume buys or items that are not strategically sourced.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Partner with site Production Planning to build the operations plan for the month/quarter while analyzing material availability and capacity.
- Monitor critical customer programs to ensure supply continuity.
- Work with Buyers to avoid material shortages reducing supply risk.
- Refresh material Lead Times every quarter.
- Develop an inventory strategy(ABC) for all item numbers, maintaining safety stock, as applicable.
- Provide forecasts to our supply chain by converting sales demand into material demand utilizing bills of materials, yield, etc.
- Deliver on customer needs, identify cost reduction opportunities, understand market trends, and project manage.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain experience.
- Advanced computer skills including Windows Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills while maintaining a high sense of urgency.
- Exceptional problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and work well with others.
- Ability to lead process improvement.
- 100% fluent in English.
