TTI Latin America is in Search of our next superstar HR Specialist located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

The Human Resources Specialist is accountable for the full-cycle recruitment of candidates to meet current and future Mexico staffing needs including developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies; candidate sourcing; screening and interviewing; testing; and onboarding process. Additionally, this role is responsible for processing all branch related employment documents. Accountable for providing general administrative clerical support to the Latin America Human Resources Department.

What Our HR Specialist Do

Supports the recruiting needs of Latin America organization with recruiting strategy development, ad placement, resume screening and interview coordination.

  • Effectively utilizes all available recruiting resources to post positions and proactively source qualified candidates for open positions. Measure the time required to fill each position to ensure critical resources are identified and processed promptly.
  • Effectively manages the employee selection process for all positions for all Departments, by ensuring all positions are posted internally in accordance with TTI policy; sourcing external candidates, presenting hiring managers/Human Resources Business Partner/Generalist with qualified, pre-screened (interviewed and tested) candidates; and by coaching managers on selection process and testing tools.
  • Effectively manages employment agencies supporting company hiring needs, coordinating candidate flow and selection and by providing ongoing review and interaction with agency on service and quality expectations.
  • Partner with and assist managers, employees, TTI Corporate payroll team and the Mexico payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing of the Mexico employee payroll.
  • Maintains Mexico employee personnel records in accordance with legal and corporate standards.
  • Provide general administrative/clerical support to the Latin American Human Resources team.

What We Look For

  • 3-5 years of related experience to include human resources, payroll, customer service, and general office experience. Degree in related field (e.g., Human Resources) preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) at the intermediate level.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and someone who can redirect activities to help others as needed.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail skills.
