What You Will Do
- Lead and support HR customer service professionals through fostering a positive team environment and promoting ongoing career development.
- Ensure the team embodies Koch’s culture by selecting and retaining talent that maximizes value creation (i.e. recruiting strategy for HRSC team and facilitating performance feedback, consistent coaching, expectation setting).
- Leverage data analytics by setting and monitoring key metrics and proactively take actions to optimize performance and outcomes that promote good consumer experience for Koch employees.
- Collaborate to solve complex problems and pursue mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Experience leading people in a customer service, contact center, or shared service environment. (i.e. coaching, setting expectations, developing policies and procedures).
- Experience problem solving and influencing outcomes by leveraging data.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English.
- Associate degree or higher in a Business, IT or HR related field of study
- Proficiency in HCM platforms (Infor, SAP, Dayforce)
- Proficiency in Knowledge Management or other customer service management software (ServiceNow)
- Experience developing and leading effective teams
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Experience managing virtual teams.
