As a Sales Executive Action Line  you would be responsible for:

  • Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation with a “One Team” mentality, able to work both independently and as a team player with key partners throughout the organization.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
  • Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action.
  • Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.
  • Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
