Foreign Trade Coordinator (Annex 24 & 30)

Your Job:

As a Coordinator of Foreign Trade, you will be responsible for ensuring the legal and fiscal control and compliance of inventories according to the IMMEX Annex 24 and 30 programs. Your focus will be on effective inventory reconciliation, monitoring of customs documentation, and ensuring compliance with customs and fiscal regulations.

Our Team:

You will be part of the Foreign Trade department, working closely with the Manager of Trade Compliance and Customs. Our team is dedicated to optimizing import and export operations, ensuring that all legal requirements are met while maximizing fiscal and operational benefits.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate and supervise the control of IMMEX Annex 24 and 30 inventories.
• Monitor import and export customs documentation, ensuring correct classification and documentation.
• Maintain and update internal systems with critical information such as BOMs, costs, HTS codes, and certificates of origin.
• Provide reports and data needed for obtaining permits and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and follow audits to ensure compliance with minimal observations.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain the VAT and IEPS certification.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Annex 24 and 30 systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency in English for technical reading, writing, and conversation.
