Handles the entry of distributor orders into order management system and provides order maintenance as required.
Handles the entry of distributor orders into order management system and provides order maintenance as required.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
(80%)
Receives purchase orders by electronic means from distributors or other Panduit approved purchasers and enters orders in order management system. Enters sample orders for internal customers in product management, facilities, marketing, training and other non-commercially related groups.
OR Prepares export documents for freight carriers and coordinates shipments (International Shipment Coordinator role)
OR Manges the auto-ship and debit account correction process for orders received via the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system, and resolves order related discrepancies. (EDI Administrator role)
OR Distributes the workload received via the customer service mailbox into the different workflow queues (Namer role)
Handles pricing & availability as well as cross-reference requests from customers

Provides follow-up on orders to ensure that shipment is delivered per agreed upon terms (time, quality, price, and logistics, etc.). Provides support and solutions to resolve delays in delivery, price discrepancies, part number changes, etc.

Processes additional transactions such as expedites, documents, reprints, creation of certificates of compliance and other documentation required by customers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required Degree: High school
- Preferred Degree: Technical or High School
