Job Summary
The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, identifying trends, and making recommendations to optimize inventory management. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.

The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, identifying trends, and making recommendations to optimize inventory management. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
- Compile, analyze, and evaluate data to inform financial impacts on inventory and support continues improvement strategy.
- Identify and escalate for review inventory deviations.
- Assist in any follow up research to assist the inventory differences investigation.
- Identify root causes to help management develop resolutions to inventory inaccuracies, work order release issues, cost variances, material flow and manufacturing issues regarding to the master production schedule.
- Conduct reconciliations analysis for all inventory and cost.
- Work closely with applicable entities to coordinate and assist timely and accurate resolutions to associated production and inventory processes.
- Identify and analyze recurring critical path items to mitigate impacts to the production schedule. Implement solutions to improve production rates and minimize negative impacts.
- Analyze and track discrepancies such as receiving discrepancies, reworks discrepancies, and or quality issues that impacts inventory control.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual summaries related to inventory accuracy.
- Associate’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain, Logistics or related field
- +1 years' experience in inventory control area.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and automated systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
- Fluent business English communication skills
- Highly collaborative and team player
- Proactive thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP basic MM and WH inventory training.
- English level B2
- ERP systems training.
