Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for the administrative activities of the recruitment process for Mexico markets.

Your Impact

As Talent Acquisition Backoffice Analyst your functions would consist of

• Handle both internal and external recruitment processes.
• Manage interview scheduling process for Mexico scope.
• Ensure timely governance checks are completed, and follow up on any unresolved issues or questions for the candidates.
• Create offer letters.
• Manage the pre-hire process and all new hire follow-up.
• Ensure services are delivered within defined timelines, in accordance with SLAs/KPIs, while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement opportunities for service delivery and process improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

• Advance Portuguese is a must
• Bachelor Degree is required
• Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
