Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in client support, success, or retention role, preferably in a similar technical industry environment, preferred.
• A high level of awareness and interpersonal intelligence
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels of internal and external clients
