- Effective communication of critical components (anticipating and including level of risk).
- Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to establish a working relationship (win-win).
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Area the revision/release of the production schedule.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Area to ensure receipt process and discrepancies
- Perform monthly reconciliations with suppliers (shipments vs. receipts).
- Know and comply with IATF 16949 requirements in its most updated version
- Coordinate with the Packaging Area to improve packaging to avoid material damage.
- Coordinate with the Import-Export Area the classification and/or update of new regulations on components.
- Bachelor's Degree / Industrial Engineering / Business Management Engineering.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) Advanced
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).
- SAP (MM modules).
- Communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Motivated, customer and detail oriented.
