- Coordinate with the Traffic Area to update the Customer and Customs Broker contact matrix for document distribution.
- Ensure compliance with Customer guidelines related to delivery issues (sending ASN, sending documents, on time delivery).
- Reconciliation of accruals with Customers; ensure resetting of accruals at year-end/beginning of the year.
- Monitor delivery performance with Customers through their portals; periodic evaluation of Customer Scorecards.
- Registration, analysis and dispute of customer debits (demurrage, demurrage, under-shipment, cubage, false freight, among others).
- Analysis and solution of incidences in overdue customer portfolio; coordination with Accounts Receivable
- Bachelor's Degree / Industrial Engineering
- Language (English / Spanish)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).
- SAP (MM modules).
- Communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Motivated, customer and detail oriented.
