Introduction

We are seeking a Sales Manager Minerals to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will be responsible for develops, manages, supports and coordinates all complex quotes and orders for Mining Crusher Products including, but not limited to upgrades, retrofits, and rebuilds. Support arenas include sales tool development, marketing, technical sales support, training, product development and project execution for crusher upgrades and new innovations. In this position, you will report to the Director, MIN Sales, Mexico and Central America

This position is mainly located in Hermosillo, Sonora MX or Irapuato, Guanajuato. However, it involves up to 50-70% of travel to Customer Sites.

Team you belong to

You will join a team of Sales Manager experts dedicated to providing solutions to Sales Manager and Customers.

We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sale Account Managers and Direct Customers. Our team culture is all about providing the best solutions for the customer and internal stakeholders. The members in our team are in Mexico.

What you’ll do:


  • Own and grow the sales process for crusher upgrades and innovations, from quoting to closing and execution.
  • Collaborate with Market Area Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to craft value-added, competitive solutions for clients.
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities through strategic analysis of installed base and customer needs.
  • Participate in on-site sales efforts to support and close strategic deals.
  • Develop impactful sales tools and marketing materials that drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams to shape future innovations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of orders with clear communication, financial oversight, and problem-solving.
  • Stay ahead of the market by monitoring competitor activity and supporting pricing and product strategy.
  • Promote compliance with intellectual property regulations and company policies.


Who you are:


  • A sales professional with 8+ years of experience in mining, minerals, or industrial equipment.
  • A natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experienced in project management and navigating complex technical sales cycles.
  • Comfortable traveling frequently to customer sites and working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Results-driven, team-oriented, and passionate about innovation in mining and sustainability.
