Job Description
Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner via phone and email.
Transfer the client to the correct department if needed.
Follow up with clientes regarding the current status of their case.
PROFILE
Positive attitude.
Team work efforts, results oriented.
Native Spanish speaker, conversational English
Call center and customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Full schedule availability.
SHIFT: 5 Days
SALARY: $15,000 BASE GROSS MONTHLY SALARY
