The Technical Account Manager (TAM) ensures clients' successful onboarding, integration, and support using Onebeat’s inventory optimization solution. This hands-on, technical role bridges client engagement with data and system expertise, requiring coding proficiency and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Collaboration:
- Partner with clients to define and document their data integration needs.
- Educate clients on data requirements, formats, and best practices.
- Data Integration & Validation:
- Support clients in extracting and validating data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct detailed analysis of initial data sets, addressing discrepancies proactively.
- Technical Configuration & Automation:
- Build and optimize SQL queries, and API requests, and configure internal tools.
- Design scripts and workflows to automate routine data extraction processes.
- Pre-Sale & Post-Sale Support:
- Provide technical insights during pre-sales to demonstrate how Onebeat’s solutions align with client needs.
- Deliver ongoing support to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption.
Tech Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years in technical roles like TAM, Data Analyst, or Developer.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python/ Ruby), and data processing.
- Experience with APIs, ERP, and BI applications.
- Familiarity with YAML, JSON, ERPs, databases, and ETL data pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial and Management or related fields.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 3+ years in client-facing roles providing technical support, consultancy, solutions or account management.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Team player and can-do attitude
