Develop and manage the quality system, Provide continuous improvement and focus efforts on CUSTOMER satisfaction, promotes in-depth analysis of problems to avoid recurrences and has the authority and responsibility to stop production as well as customer shipments that directly affect product quality.

Position Responsibilities

 Maintain Scrap percentage within goal vs. sales.

 Maintain customer Scorecard - Maximum 1 quality complaint per year.

 Ensure FTQ metrics per line.

 Manage Block Stock level by area.
