The Supervisor, Partners & Trade Marketing will join the team to plays a strategic role in driving the success of Disney+ through the development and execution of regional and local co-marketing initiatives.
This position ensures that all trade marketing activities are aligned with business objectives, maximizing value through effective partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative strategies that enhance brand presence and business performance.

The Supervisor, Partners & Trade Marketing will be responsible for:
- Designing innovative partner marketing strategies aligned with Disney+ business goals.
- Leading key projects with partners to deliver regional impact and value.
- Negotiating co-marketing plans and reinforcing strategic alliances.
- Planning and organizing workflows with a forward-thinking approach.
- Managing budgets to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.
- Supervising and developing a high-performing team with strong quality standards.
- Identifying opportunities for synergy with partners and internal stakeholders to drive results.
- Building and strengthening relationships at a Supervisorial level, both internally and externally.
- Reporting project outcomes and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous Commercial experience in similar roles, preferably in trade marketing, partnership development, or brand strategy, ideally within the streaming, entertainment, media, or technology industries.
- Strong background in leading cross-functional projects across regional markets.
- Track record of building strategic alliances and managing high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Experience in budget management and delivering projects within deadlines and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams while maintaining operational excellence.
- Software skills needed: MS Office Package (Excel Intermediate - Power Point Advanced).
- Upper Intermediate level of English.
