• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed budgets
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Analyze budget variances and propose corrective actions
• Automate financial processes to improve operational efficiency
• Build dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Monitor and control the company's financial performance

• Identify opportunities for improvement and resource optimization What do we expect from you? Must-haves:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and control
• Proficiency in Power BI and process automation tools
• Experience using Adaptive
• Advanced Excel and financial management software skills
• Intermediate/Advanced English
• Proactive and analytical attitude with a continuous improvement mindset Nice-to-haves:
