FORESIGH, an automotive company and manufacturer of plastic injection parts, located in the Chichimeco Industrial Park in Jesús María.
**Quality Staff**
ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare inspection instruction sheets.
• Follow up on customer complaints.
• Maintain customer requirements to understand their quality requirements.
• Analyze NG parts on the floor and define corrective actions.
• Manage inspectors.
• Prepare statistical control charts.
• Audit the requirements of the quality management system based on IATF-16949.
• Conduct process and product audits.
• Implement the Quality System based on IATF-16949.
• Comply with and enforce safety rules.
• Report incidents involving personnel in charge.
• Implement and coordinate the quality production plan.
• Coordinate quality inspections with customers.
• Participate in integration activities.
• Monitor daily PPMs according to GP12 records.
• Participate in new projects for pilot releases.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge of VDA audits.
- Industrial engineering and/or related qualifications..
- Experience in the automotive industry.
