We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to join our team at FORESIGHT MEXICO CO LTD. at their plant located in the Chichimeco Industrial Park in Jesús María, Ags.
OBJECTIVE:
In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the quality of the processes.
Your role will be crucial to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Coordinate with the production teams to resolve any quality issues and propose continuous improvements.
*Work closely with the production teams and customers, ensuring that quality expectations are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Education: Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
*Previous experience as a quality supervisor in an automotive company.
*Leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a meticulous attention to detail.
*Experience in:
VDA Audits
IATF-16949 Standard
FMEA
PPAP
QSES
Office
QSES
APQP/ANPQP
