Job Objective
Continuous implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System as well as further system related processes (e.g. Technical Cleanliness, ESD) in accordance with current norms, certification rules and customer requirements in cooperation with the responsible entities of the quality network
Planning, steering, monitoring, executing or accompanying audits e.g. system and process audits in accordance with relevant audit criteria and customer requirements

YOUR TASKS
Job Objective
Continuous implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System as well as further system related processes (e.g. Technical Cleanliness, ESD) in accordance with current norms, certification rules and customer requirements in cooperation with the responsible entities of the quality network
Planning, steering, monitoring, executing or accompanying audits e.g. system and process audits in accordance with relevant audit criteria and customer requirements
Quality system
- Planning, preparing internal audits, customer audits and external system audits
- Conducting process or system audits and/or full-run, in coordination with relevant internal and external entities
- Support of internal auditors in the global HELLA network
- Ordering or conducting the creation and maintenance of local process documentation on the Quality Management System in coordination with the process responsible (PLD/PDE)
- Ensuring that new methods and processes are applied, as well as specialist further training and qualification in the working area
- Preparing reports and documentation, as well as ensuring that responsible, superior and specialist entities are informed
- Further development of the Quality Management System in cooperation with the central quality departments and functional support to implement in the division
- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks
- Responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands
- Quality management systems
