As the Energy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and improving our energy management strategies to align with the LEGO Group's standards and the company's growth trajectory. Your key responsibilities will include


Core Responsibilities



  • Generate and update processes and standards.
  • Ensure current Energy supplies and future needs according to the growth of the company.
  • Verification of the implementation processes and that the work you're doing comply with the LEGO Group standards.
  • Ensure that the operation of the different systems is operated in an efficient way, implementing energy saving projects, measuring efficiency KPI’s and ensure the standard processes of operation.
  • Analyze compliance with local energy-related regulations and legislation for current and future growth of operations.
  • Implementation of Renewable Energy Projects and analyze of sustainability operations.
  • Implement strategies and initiatives for sustainability & efficiency that optimize resource utilization, minimize environmental impact, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic/Industrial/Energy and/or proven experience of Maintenance and Installation in high, medium and low voltage systems, power quality management and grid code compliance. Masters in Energy Law, Energy Management, Manufacturing desired.
  • Experience in energy regulations and sustainability projects.
  • Understanding of manufacturing facilities requirements by NOM-001-SEDE / NOM-002 / NOM-022-STPS / NOM-029.
  • Project design development, execution and monitoring of work, interpretation of drawings, diagrams, construction drawings, as built, project presentation.
  • Data analysis management through statistics and systems, Power BI, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing in English and Spanish, comfortable in presenting complex ideas
