End-to-End Plant Management with Focus on Performance and People
Our client is a globally active, mid-sized technology company based in Germany. It specializes in high-precision metal components and assemblies for the automotive and medical sectors. The company offers advanced manufacturing and automated assembly solutions. With over 800 employees across Europe and North America, it ensures global support. The task:
- Responsible for driving the subsidiary's economic success
- Oversee budgeting, performance metrics, and capital investment planning
- Ensure implementation and compliance with QMS, EMS, and corporate policies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and employee engagement
- Supervise direct and indirect purchasing with a focus on cost-effectiveness
- Ensure timely project launches following APQP standards
- Partner with HR to drive performance management, training, and workplace culture
Your profile:
- Strategic, results-oriented leader with strong integrity, analytical thinking, and communication skills; combines empathy, decisiveness, and resilience to drive teams and achieve goals
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent, ideally with additional business qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in industrial operations, including production, supply chain, quality, or finance
- Strong familiarity with Mexican business practices, legal standards, and cultural context
- Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and KPI-driven management
- Business fluency in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel regularly
