Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Student Affairs Officer to join our team and play a vital role in fostering a positive, respectful and nurturing environment for our students practicing after school sports. Working with the Sports Leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that support student development, well-being, positive discipline to create a harmonious and productive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related to Sports Disciplines.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) would be a plus.
- Expertise in Positive Discipline.
- Previous experience working with a wide range of ages such as preschoolers to high schoolers.
- Highly skilled in coaching both adolescents and adults populations towards responsible conduct and a supportive atmosphere.
