Purpose of Role: Ensure smooth multi-channel operations to achieve maximum efficiency for the U.S. and Canadian business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product traceability.
  • Management of shipment pickups and deliveries to and from Canada and the United States.
  • Coordination of shipments and collaboration with the Customs team.
  • Manage inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments to Canada and the United States.
  • Main point of contact for international shipments.
  • Ensure adequate, efficient and effective transportation and packaging for shipments to North America.
  • Effectively update and manage our MRP.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Logistic and international shipping processes in the North American region.
  • Clear demonstration of leadership, team commitment, influencing and holding others accountable.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as ERP, TMS, WMS, and other related systems.
  • SAP
  • Power BI & Excel
  • Fluency in English is required
