About The Role
We are excited to announce three openings for experienced Quality Assurance Managers to lead key operational initiatives within our organization. These roles will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles. Each manager will play a critical role in shaping our tactical and operational plans to enhance product and process quality, supplier development, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a management role within Quality Assurance.
Industry Expertise: At least 5 years in the manufacturing sector, including supplier management, process control, launches, and warranty management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of our Carrier Excellence Operating System, aiming for Gold-level achievement and world-class maturity in Zero Escape Assessment, while maintaining ISO 9001 certification.
- Ensure compliance with control plans for all manufactured products, continuously improving key quality indicators including Escapes, COPQ, Scrap, FPY, and SPPM.
- Address customer feedback effectively through Safe Launch and Fast Response processes, ensuring timely resolution of findings across departments while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Drive supplier development and compliance with the Supplier Quality Manual, fostering a network of high-performing suppliers.
- Implement the Process Certification program across internal and supplier processes to reinforce quality and consistency.
- Spearhead the application of Lean Manufacturing principles, supporting Kaizen and lean events in manufacturing and administrative functions.
- Mentor and develop employees in Carrier Excellence Operating System and quality control processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a management role within Quality Assurance.
Industry Expertise: At least 5 years in the manufacturing sector, including supplier management, process control, launches, and warranty management.
Skills
- Hard Skills: APQP, Quality Management Systems, Core Tools (FMEA, SPC), OPEX Certification (desirable), Black Belt (desirable).
- Soft Skills: Change management, analytical thinking, effective communication, negotiation, dynamic leadership. Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills. Language: Fluent English proficiency (written & spoken). Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality regulations.
