Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized technical positions, as well as ensuring adherence to established policies and processes.

This role is deeply committed to supporting the operations area with a sense of urgency, safety, and quality to bring as many children as possible into play. Always with a great attitude, as a customer service area, we also need to be responsible and focused on delivering new installations on time, so we can keep growing and be part of the LEGO story.


Core Responsibilities



  • Ensure compliance with the staffing of technical personnel within 45 days.
  • Guarantee the timely delivery of the file according to the checklist (offer creation, personal paperwork, employment contract, etc.).
  • Connect talent from educational institutions through brand positioning.
  • Manage internal and external talent programs (Dual Model, Interns, etc.).
  • Oversee hybrid attraction campaigns (job fairs, social media, etc.).

  • Intermediate English.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical or administrative recruitment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Initiative and proven ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process, mass recruitment at different levels, and management of recruitment indicators.
  • Experience with recruitment sources (OCC, Indeed, social media).
  • Effective communication.
  • Process and results-oriented.
  • This is a temporary position for 11.5 months.
