Key Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous improvement of both manufacturing and administrative processes through the CX operating system, focusing on key metrics (MFA, CRSD).
- Ensure compliance with control plans for products manufactured by CMXE Residential, under the highest technological and quality standards. Continuously improving the company's key indicators (FPY, Scrap, COPQ, Escapes, Sppm). Maintaining ISO 9000 certification of our CX Quality Management System.
- Consolidate supplier development through compliance with the Supplier Quality Manual.
- Effectively address customer feedback through the IRP process. Ensuring timely closure of findings through the involved departments.
- Effective implementation of the "Lean Manufacturing" program through lean events supported by Global CX Lean Group). Development of leaders in Lean tools identifying and elimination of waste. Ensure the closure of projects from continuous improvement events (Kaizen events in both manufacturing processes and administrative processes).
- Implementation of the Process Certification program in internal and supplier processes.
- Compliance with corporate programs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of management-level experience.
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in the metalworking sector working in industry relations.
- Experience managing supplier quality, processes, launches, warranties, etc.
- Advanced English
- Advanced computer skills
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of quality regulations and guidelines (ISO 9001, Core Tools: FMEA, SPC, etc.)
- OPEX Certification (Desirable)
- APQP.
- Quality management system.
- Black Belt (desirable).
