Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of packaging design.
Experience with ISTA, ASTM standards and packaging validation processes
Ability to work on cross-functional projects (quality, engineering, sourcing)
Intermediate to advanced English for documentation and global communication
Focus on continuous improvement, sustainability and packaging cost optimization.
Creativity, technical analysis and solution oriented thinking
Development and documentation of packaging specifications per project.
Perform and follow up ISTA/ASTM validation tests
Create and update BOMs and technical drawings in system.
Participate in new product launches
Teamwork
