Requisitos
Job Responsibilities:
- Escolaridad: Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Industrial o afín (título indispensable).
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en gestión de proyectos, preferentemente en el sector automotriz.
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (indispensable para trato con clientes y proveedores internacionales).
- Principales Responsabilidades::
- Dar seguimiento a los entregables del proceso de administración de cambios de ingeniería.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del timing establecido en cada fase del proyecto.
- Coordinar la participación de equipos internos y externos para asegurar los objetivos del proyecto.
- Gestionar la relación con clientes y proveedores, alineando requerimientos técnicos y de calidad.
- Analizar datos críticos del proyecto para la toma de decisiones oportunas.
- Reportar el avance del proyecto a diferentes niveles de la organización, asegurando visibilidad y control.
- Conocimientos técnicos y habilidades:
- Administración de proyectos.
- Administración de cambios de ingeniería.
- Gestión de cronogramas (timing) y seguimiento a entregables.
- Análisis de datos y herramientas de mejora continua.
- Liderazgo e influencia sin autoridad.
- Capacidad de coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Pensamiento analítico para la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Organización, sentido de urgencia y enfoque a resultados.
