What will you do as an HRBP Jr.?

• Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals
• Participate in initiatives to promote a positive work culture, well-being, and engagement
• Contribute to HR projects and provide data analysis to support decision-making
  
  

What do we expect from you?

Must-haves

• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources or related areas
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving approach, and organizational abilities
• Bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  
  

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of basic Mexican labor law
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or service-oriented industries
• Familiarity with Excel or HR analytics tools
