- Professional experience > 10 years
- ASNT/NACE/AMPP or API preferably.
- Knowledge and experience in static equipment integrity and reliability.

- Review and supervision in the development of the operating philosophy.
- Review and supervision of the procurement stage of the GCN to conform to the detailed engineering documentation.
- Review and support with the technical documentation required in the processing of permits and studies.
- Participation in factory and site inspections, FAT and SAT tests
- Perform pre- and post-shipment inspections to verify the quality, quantity, and packaging of goods and check that proper documentation is in place.
- Supervision and inspection of the works of the project contractor to ensure that they are in accordance with engineering documents, contractual requirements, Mexican regulations and good practices.
- Preparation of work progress reports for GCN covering all aspects of the project implementation.
- Develop inspection and maintenance programs, inspections and controls, operation and safety evaluations according to applicable national and international standards, norms and codes.
- Supervision of the construction, the equipment and materials that make up the GCN, the corresponding tests and the commissioning stage.
- Assistance in the review of acceptance and performance tests, commissioning and warranty management.
- Review of the project contractor's certifications to recommend or not their payment. Identification of non-conformities and issuance of remedial actions.
- Review and support in the development of start-up and operation procedures.
- Supervision of the commissioning activities of the project contractor.
- Review and comment on REDLINE and ASBUILT documentation.
- Review and compilation of the documentation required to obtain the required opinions from the verification units.
- Supervision of compliance with the IMS and SASISOPA of the project.
