Job Description

College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.

In this role, you’ll help manage and improve the tools and processes that support our CPQ capabilities. You’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams to make sure everything runs smoothly from planning to production.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by loading test cases, assigning tasks, and tracking progress
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assign business requirements
  • Set up CPQ data in relevant source systems when needed
  • Maintain and manage the Change Request (CR) tracker
  • Assist with testing and sign-off during the Move to Production (MTP) process
  • Provide timely responses to support tickets and help resolve issues

Education And Experience Required

  • Enrolled in University.
  • English - Advanced/Fluent
  • Microsoft Office
  • Availability for a Part Time - 30 hrs
