Your Role & Responsibilities

Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering roles within the automotive industry, with specific experience working with Ford.
Demonstrable experience in managing new product launches for the automotive industry, including the application of APQP and the presentation of PPAP in phases to Ford.
Proven experience in customer relationship management (preferably Ford), including technical communication, problem solving, and expectation management.
Practical experience in applying AIAG quality tools in relevant manufacturing processes.
Experience in using Ford's SIM and GSDB systems.

Your Skills & Strenghts

Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical Engineering
Fluent written communication in English is required at an advanced level.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).3
Knowledge of materials, metallurgy, automotive engineering, or related areas.
Certifications in automotive quality standards or laboratory management (FORD Q1, iATF 16949, VDA, CQIs)
