Job Description

About the Role:

As a Manifestor, you will play a crucial role in the document processing workflow by accurately entering required document information into a manifesting/boarding application. Your responsibilities include printing document separators and ensuring they are inserted correctly according to work types and client specifications. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are essential for success in this role.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Input required document information accurately and efficiently into the manifesting/boarding application, ensuring completeness and correctness.
  • Utilize printing equipment to generate document separators as needed for the document processing workflow.
  • Place document separators in the correct location within document batches according to predefined work types and client specifications.
  • Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of entered information and inserted document separators.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless workflow execution and timely completion of tasks.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and client standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment used in the document processing workflow, reporting any issues or malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, including document manifests and production logs.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the document processing workflow.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to address workflow challenges, share best practices, and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in document processing, data entry, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, with experience using manifesting/boarding applications and printing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding data security protocols.
